Energy Pathways 101 - $30
Learn 4 main energy pathways, their elemental components, and how to use these pathways to perform a simple energy healing session on family and friends by learning to balance the energy polarities in the body. This is a very introductory course and is based mainly on concepts from Polarity Therapy - a broad system incorporating many ancient traditions. This does not prepare or qualify you to be a practictioner, but is designed to be an introduction to the world of energy healing through the methods of Polarity Therapy. REGISTER NOW ONLINE!

Intro To Yoga Philosophy - $30
Ever wonder what Yoga is really about beyond the poses? Yoga is a broad system and philosophy that is thousands of years old and goes far beyond Hatha Yoga postures. Come learn the basics of the philosophy behind why we do asanas (postures) and what else comprises the 8 limbed yoga system as defined by Pantanjali, the father of yoga, over two thousand years ago. Reiki Level 1 Home Study Program!
If you are someone who just doesn't have the time to come to a workshop, or the schedule doesn't somehow work for you, I have developed an at home study program just for you!
How does it work?
Once you sign up, I contact you via email or phone (your choice) in order to schedule your attunement for a time that is convenient for you but typically about 3 weeks away. Once your attunement is scheduled, I email you the Reiki Level 1 Manual.
You read and study the manual at home during which time I will support answering any questions you have via email me or phone.
3 days prior (or sooner if you are ready) I will email you your open book test. You complete your test and email it back to me at least a day prior to your attunement.
Then when you come in for your attunement, I will review anything on the test that you may need to review, give you your attunement, and if time permits you can practice doing a Reiki treatment.
It's that simple!
The cost is only $50 which pays for the manual, the test, my time helping to answer any questions, reviewing the test, and hour in person class where you receive your attunement and, time permitting, practice doing a healing session. 50%deposit required at time of registration with the balance due the day of your attunement. Additional Reiki Information:
Private Reiki Attunements available. Private attunements include the same training you would receive in a workshop setting, except it is one-on-one attention. Cost for a private attunement is $100 for a 2 to 3 hour private Reiki workshop.
Level 1 teaches the basics of Reiki including the history of Reiki, what Reiki is, how it works, how it can heal, hand positions, healing yourself and healing others. It opens the heart and palm chakras to the flow of Reiki energy and initiates a 21 day cleansing period. See above, right column for information on the new level 1 home study program.
Level 2 builds on level 1 and shows students how to use three sacred symbols and perform distance healings. It initiates another 21 day cleansing period that helps expel toxic emotions.
Level 3 is the Master / Teacher level. It builds on the prior two levels and initiates the student to the Master level and shows how to teach and attune others in the Reiki lineage. Two additional symbols are taught including the master symbol. Another 21 day cleansing period is initiated with this attunement, however it should not be as intense as the prior levels.
