Mission
My mission is to utilize various healing modalities in combination to assist individuals in moving towards their highest potential physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Through the tools of energy medicine, including Pranic Healing, Reiki, Polarity, Gemstone Energy Medicine and Yoga, individuals become empowered as they learn the implications of being energetic beings and how slight changes to lifestyle, habits, thoughts and tendencies can make profound and positive changes in their lives.
Education
I am a graduate of the Spa Tech 650 hour Advanced Polarity Practitioner program, a Reiki Master, Level 1 Pranic Healer, a Certified Amrit Yoga Teacher, and a Gemstone Therapist that uses only therapeutic quality gemstones from Gemisphere. I am a certified member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), a member of the Amrit Yoga Teachers Association, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 Hours). In addition to my various holistic practitioner trainings, I have my MBA in Finance from Bentley College and worked in the Financial Services Industry for 16 years before leaving corporate America in order to help others in their healing process.
Holistic health and healing have been a part of my life for over 7 years and I attribute many of my healed medical conditions to holistic health, energy medicine and diet. I am excited to share with others what has been so helpful to me. I am an ongoing student of Yogi Amrit Desai, a pioneer of authentic yoga in the west and founder of both Kripalu and Amrit yoga.
